A sure sign that you've been playing a game too much is when the game is frequently featured in your dreams while you're asleep. For example, when I was into Dwarf Fortress my dreams were always about designating tiles for digging and micro managing dwarfs. Not too long ago while I was playing World of Tanks on a daily basis I kept dreaming of doing flanking maneuvers and going hull down. So now Captain Jameson is a regular feature of my dreams. In a very recent dream I had a pretty good session going, I manage to find myself some cool modules and navigated through some tough flaming asteroids. Then I woke up, feeling very groggy. I got off the bed and headed for the toilet. Suddenly I turned around and went back to the bed. I started patting the bed all over and feeling under the covers, looking for the modules I just acquired because I didn't want them to be lost forever in space... Oh... Mein... Gott... Then I realized what I was doing and just felt so damn silly.

I still dream of Dwarf Fortress. HFS everywhere and then WHAM, they all get hit with precisely aimed cave-ins. But one gets away and comes back for my fisherdwarves every once in a while. And then I'm a carp, fighting HFS for delicious dwarves that are coming to pick up unclaimed socks.

Right now I've recruited all the neighborhood kids and we're digging a tunnel through the hills to Agoura High School. It's 1/4th of a mile long! 8 3/4 miles left to go! After it's done, pumps through a few z-levels and we'll flood the world with magma!
