If you were to go on a road trip, play cpt. Jameson for so long on a laptop, that you wanted to port the save onto other, better computer, how would you do so? IMPORTANT: I wish to port the same from one mac to another, an I do have a 16GB thumb Drive, so moving files from one computer to another should be easy. P.S. Please don't go on about how I should have a PC/Windows computer, I'm 12 and can't control want my parents buy, but I am planing on building a new PC soon.

I swear I saw something in these forums about exactly this, but I tried the method mentioned to no avail. I'm sorry to say but you can only play Jameson on a single computer and keep that save.
I countered this by playing Jameson 0.6.1 on my laptop, here, and Jameson 0.5 on my desktop.

Wait, so if you play 0.6.1 the computer deletes 0.5?

Nope, you can play both simultaneously.

Perhaps if you could get to the cookies folder in your computer, you could extract the captain Jameson cookies.

Perhaps if you could get to the cookies folder in your computer, you could extract the captain Jameson cookies. Yep, that's the way to do it. Check out the local shared objects folder on your computer, and look for the Captain Forever / Jameson files. Details on finding that folder here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_shared_object#File_locations

P.S. how do you get the thing at the bottom of everything you post on the thread?

In answer to the first question, I'll Google it today when I'm not as busy, but otherwise try using Google to find answers. Honestly I'm useless with Macs but there'll more'n likely be a solution.
To the second, check your profile! Then click to modify it.
