Never mind! I'm done!!

I found many Hotel & India bootjackers around the area along with upgrade and repair shops. Some parts were grazed from the previous iteration of the Successor, so, I repaired as many parts as possible. Some Balanceists were abound, but friendly. However, near the nav station, a massive India barge, Zeus, appeared. Knowing that rushing into battle always ends badly, I kited around the station without engaging, and headed south into the asteroid field. By blasting & mining a few gigantic asteroids, I was able to boost our cash to 10,000.
Strangely, an India ship, Caesar, was in the middle of a thick wall of normal/hot rocks. I blew out the wall, but he fired 2 waves of prismatics in an ambush, nearly slicing the port in half. Luckily, the bubble shields saved it from utter obliteration. I talked with (and sometimes fought) various ships around the field. Even though I had acquired Hotel scrap, many of the boosters were still of Foxtrot rank, so I cruised around the area, occasionally returning to the base for oxygen. I decided that it was getting a little boring around here, so I headed out a little further to the northwest.
That is when a bizarre event happened. A few minutes after leaving the oxygen field, my field of vision was blurred with static. Impossible, I thought, There's no Guardian traps around here! Without warning, a sudden jolt was felt all around the ship, and I was knocked out.
When I came to, I was pinned up against an asteroid, with a gigantic India barge saying, "Your unbalanced vessel is repulsive! India ****** heading 225!" Fuck!! I knew that I was ambushed!! Goddammit!!
But wait. Right before falling out of consciousness, my number of credits changed. But to what? Pulling up the interface, it told me a number that triggered a second wind of monumental proportion: 1,000,010,000 CRD.
Cursing at the Balanceist, I repeatedly rammed him and took aim at his stern. Volleying it, he soon launched a wall of torpedoes at my starboard. I went to turn, but it was already too late. The booster lineup was decimated. Quickly reorganizing the lasers, I swayed to the side, trying not to hurt myself. He then, with a horrendous shot to the port, started spinning out rapidly. Finally, he starts to fail. I clipped his command mod with my lance, and a great "boom" was heard.
It was over. His parts drifting in space, I exchanged them out from mine. When I was about to yell in victory, a dreadful "beep beep beep" was heard. My oxygen was at critical!! I sprung into action. Using cruise control, I sped back to the Foxtrot complex. I was at 2. Oh you better hold together you bastard. 1. Fucking shit!!! I'm gonna die!! I'm gonna die!! Shit shit shit noooooooooooooo......
Whoom. I fell into the atmosphere, the oxygen covering the ship like a silk blanket. I sighed, knowing that I finally had peace. Going to the repair mech, with my ship getting a much needed heal, I smiled. Then I was gladly approaching the upgrade station, and a "beep beep!" was heard. Lovely.
Our ship is now a complete Golf-India replica, with better offense on the sides, and 1 more Mark II booster. The Successor is almost complete....
(I left something for Daxx! Hope you like it man!! It's beside the fuckload of creds, which idk how we got but I'm very glad we did )
